Patient Account
Comprehensive solution for a regional clinical-diagnostic health care institution, developed under order of White Soft, LLC. The project lasted 3 months and required the participation of a team of 5 people with various degrees of involvement: project manager, designer, web programmer, iOS programmer, and Android programmer. Works have been performed by the company employees on a turnkey basis: from setting the task in business language to putting it into operation, with a 1-year period of guaranteed technical support.
02. Features
The system includes as follows: landing page for an open making a doctor’s appointment, operator’ personal account for processing notes, and a user’s personal account for receiving research results and notifications. User authorization and comparison of research results with the patient are carried out using the data of a physical person obtained from the State service portal.
The patient’s mobile application is available for Android and iOS operating systems. Directories of doctors and treatment landscapes of the system are integrated with the organization’s medical information system, and are synchronized according to a schedule. User of the application can create a new appointment with the doctor, and track its status. The possibility of obtaining the result of the study in the online mode as PDF document is implemented. The study is automatically bound to the patient based on his/her personal data, or manually, according to the research code, using the operation confirmation via SMS.
03. Style
Interface design of the system users is made considering the corporate style of the customer and ergonomical demands. During the project implementation, sketches and designs of 23 screens and system pages have been prepared using the AdobePhotoshop editor. The layout of the interfaces was carried out using native technologies for Android, iOS and web development technologies.
