Project Information

The meeting participant registration system was developed under order of the Ministry of Information Technologies of the Khabarovsk Krai. Implementation of software and hardware based solutions allowed to significantly reduce labor costs for holding enlarged sessions of the Government. This solution includes the server side, check-in counter for self-registration of participants, information board containing information about the meeting room occupancy, as well as senior official mobile application.

Integration with Parsec

During the project implementation, the registration system for events was integrated with the Parsec access control system. This solution allowed using physical readers and access cards for authorization of the meeting participants, which saved the customer’s funds for the purchase of additional equipment, and provided the ability to control access of various types of users for various systems of the organization from one point.
